I am looking for someone to do a Change of Use planning application in the Dundrum area. Hope to get it done as a nixer, anybody reccomend anybody that could do it?
Unfortunately the word 'nixer' is open to several different interpretations; some of them are benign while others imply various degrees of behaviours of dubious integrity. (tax evasion, social welfare fraud, unqualified/unferqualified praticioners, employee "conflict of interests" etc).
Perhaps you could repost your question stating explicity on what basis you would like the work to be done?
