I've had a look in the Key Posts and trawled back through these posts and can't find any similar posts, so apologies if I'm going over old ground.
Can anyone recommend an architect to supervise a job in the Clontarf area? Only need one to issue a certificate of compliance - already have plans, planning permission, a builder and a supervising engineer, but supervising engineer doesn't have indemnity insurance, which the lender requires. So just need an architect to supervise the work as it progresses; nothing more.
One architect quoted €7,500 for this, which seemed excessive (job is a two-storey extension on a residential house, cost ~€200,000).
Any other recommendations?
