Just granted permission for house in Tipperary. Used engineer for drawings because there were a lot of issues with planning and didn't want to spend a fortune on architect for planning that was 50:50. Would like to get architect to have look at house design and maybe come up with a few different ideas. If this means a new application then so be it. Wondering if anyone knows of architect willing to work for reasonable fee. None of this 12% of build cost and 500 euros an hour rubbish. With half of them unemployed I hope someone can put me in touch with one willing to work for reasonable fee.
