Apprentice Wage Query

hi all!

Ive already tried contacting FAS this weekend but no joy so here goes..

Ive been a registered apprentice for 1 whole year now and due to go for phase 2 of my training shortly..

My question is : Ive been registered for a complete year now so am I entitled to a 2nd year wage ??

Also when I start FAS training phase 2 am I entitled to more than the phase 2 training allowance (e195) since im a year registered??

Any info is greatly appreciated!

well!

answer is yes you are entitled to 2nd yr wages once you are registered for a full year .ex. if you were 1st registered on 21st may 08 then from 21st may 09 you should be on 2nd yr rate .just check with fas what date you were actually registered to make sure. here,s a link to the apprentice wages page
