Am filling in registration form for this course at the moment (part time). One of the years has 3 elective subjects and I have to to pick 1. They are molecular genetics, environmental science and industrial hygiene, and science of food and healthcare products.
Has anybody done this course, either full or part time and what subject would you recommend?

Hi gramlab...

That course sounds interesting! Im studying modules from the GMP & Tech course at the moment in CIT (part-time), I hold a degree in Engineering but decided to go back studying...

What previous education do you hold & when is the coarse starting???

Did a dip in food science many moons ago in CIT. Couple of 1 year cert courses since. Course starts next month. Not sure what I am letting myself in for but I wont back out now.

give it a try anyway....do you have to pay upfront??

off the topic.....<removed by moderator......aj>

Upfront but the company is paying so thats not an issue. Its the promising myself that I will put the work in during the year and cramming as usual at the end that I am not looking forward to.
