Using my one now, absolutely love it - granted I won it so didn't have the issue of cost to consider. Mostly use it to surf, great using it at home with wi-fi.
I wouldn't bother - the prices haven't changed unlike the new iPhone. I think I read that either there's a new model in the pipeline or it will be discountinued altogether.
