Hi,
I am looking for advice re a property management company issue. In summary, the management company was never really set up when the apartments were first build (circa 15 years ago now). So, the builder is still holding the company and playing agent to boot, the vast majority of owners are not paying fees and the entire development is suffering as a result.
Given that I have recent contact details for most of the apartment owners, would I be within my rights to call a meeting myself and look for the company to be transferred to the owners? There has never been a formal AGM/EGM in the past.
Any advice on this situation much appreciated!
