Apartment completions in last 5 years to end 07?

Hi

Im doing a bit of reserch on a topic related to this. Its straoight forward enough to find out how many residential units were completed and forecast for end of this year thro DKM review and outlook.

I would like to know of these res. comps. how many are apts?

Anyone know of a resource or body that has attempted to extrapolate this figure?

Homebond perhaps?

Dont think so not all units house/Apts or otherwise are Homebonded.
