Anyway to check how much house sold for.

A house in my estate recently was for sale and the sale of this house has recently been completed. Is there any way I can check the exact amount the house sold for, as i have ask the estate agents selling it but i am not sure if I believe them.And I do not know the people selling it and they have already moved out.I am interested to know as the house that was for sale is the exact same as my own.

I would ring the estate agent and get them to come around and give you one of those 'free valuations'. Tell them you saw the other one up for sale and it got you thinking. This way they will value it exactly as what the other sold for (more or less).
