Hello everyone,
Apologies if i'm posting this in the wrong area.
I'm writing this on behalf of my sister who is in financial difficulty.
Bascially she takes home 1900 a month,of which 1300 goes to service her mortgage,300 towards her car loan(which finishes in April) and 200 a month towards child care for her 2 kids.(motherly discount applies there!)
Leaving her with 100 a month.
Her husband is self employed, with a lease on a premises and bascially is making no money, and has not for the last 2 years.
Things are so bad that she sent a text around a few days ago asking can we leave getting easter eggs this year for one another's kids.
I know life is difficult for alot of people at the moment and questions might be asked over getting a mortgage of that size but she is after losing 500 a month nett since last year(pension levy and pay cuts)
If anyone can offer advice on what they could do to improve their circumstances it would be most helpful.
