I went to add the link for reporting Social Welfare fraud to the thread on Key Posts, only to find that there is none?

Would someone volunteer to compile a list of the key posts in a new thread and I will stick it and mark the posts Key Posts

I wouldn't mind having a go, but my immediate problem is that I don't think I actually know enough about the topic to recognise a Key Post from an ordinary one.

Is this a hindrence or are there guidlines on offer to enable me to recognise a potential Key Post quickly?
