I need to upgrade property new kitchen and replace windows need to borrow 15-20,000. I have the house 15 years mortgage has 5 years to go and ratio of debt very low but no joy with my mortgage provider EBS not lending on investment properties. Will have to consider moving anyone out there lending to investment properties?
