Anyone bought Raynauds treatment gloves ?

Looking for gloves to help treat Raynauds Syndrome.

Anyone done this already ? Do the gloves work as claimed ? (They rely on 'far-infrared therapy'). I can't find much medical proof for their effectiveness or otherwise.
