Anybody recoginise this phone number?

There is a premium rate number appearing on my bill and i was wondering if anybody knew whose number it was. The number is 1550999333 I cant dial it from my work phone or my mobile as it barred on both. I googled the number and got no results. Does anybody recognise this number?
