Anybody having problems with Pigsback.com?

Anybody out there having any problems getting points added to their Pigsback.com account or any problems receiving vouchers from them. On their website they say that if you book a hotel through Hotelclub.net they will credit your account with points ets. I did all that was required but nothing added to my account yet. Also a voucher that I ordered never arrived. When I contacted them, I was told was that it was posted to me and to contact my postal sorting office??
 
Sometimes points take 24hours - 2 weeks to be added. What does it say on terms and conditions of offer? You can email them anyway about the points and they will let you know - I think the email is postmaster@pigsback.com

Regarding the voucher, make sure your address is correct on your account. How long ago did you order the voucher? It might arrive yet!
