Anybody else apply for Bank of Scotland/Halifax CC by post recently?

I applied for a BoS CC in early December - sent all the necessary by post. I hadn't heard from them in three weeks so rang before Christmas. I was told that they couldn't give info out over the phone but that they would resend letter. Still no letter, OK Christmas post and all that. Any similar experiences of BoS out there?

I applied for it aswell,got letter back from them requiring more documentation - like current CC bill etc. - Havent bothered sending it back to them yet..But intial reply from them i got withing 1-2 weeks of sending off my application
