I work for a current affairs series called Focus, broadcast on ITV Meridian. We are producing a programme about so called land banking companies that buy up protected land and sell off small plots at vastly increased prices to investors. These investors are told that they are likely to be granted planning permission soon, based on the idea that the country is overcrowded and protected land will soon need to be built on, but this is generally not the case.
We are interested in hearing from people who have had experience with such companies and I was wondering whether I would be able to put a notice in one of your forums about the programme, asking any interested parties to contact me.
