Any recommendations for (relatively) reliable 3-5 day weather forecasts?

...other than the Met Eireann site?

I seem to remember that farmers used to phone a number to get local area forecasts for example.

I realise mid range forecasting (is 5 day regarded as mid range?) is not that reliable but I would still like to know.

enter your local town or city name to see specific hourly forcasts for that area. Also gives up to 15 day forcasts. Quite good site, I use it all the time.

Thanks - had a look and seems to be promising enough (considering) for Saturday. Good site if it's reasonably reliable.

Had the same issues with the Saturday just gone, and spent the week looking at the forecast on both RTE and BBC. Both predicted rain, showers, sometimes flooding!, but neither predicted the straight 6 hours of sun we had for the afternoon
