Any Recommendations - Exterior Painter Sandycove/DunLaoghaire

Does anyone have any recommendations for Painter in Sandycove/DunLaoghaire area. Looking to paint exterior of house.

Also, any idea of what this should cost. Semi-detached house c. 800sq ft.

Hi,

I am a painter working the south dublin/wicklow area.You are better off waiting till the spring to paint the exterior of a house,better drying conditions,if the temp is below 8 deg or so the paint wont have as long a life as it should,also as you are near the coast the salt air wont help.

I would agree....I was considering doing mine recently and a friend of mine who is a painter and mainly works out your area, recommended to wait until spring aswell.

The cost would really depend on how many days it would take....is it just walls or do you need windows/doors aswell?

We had a chap in done the whole house top to bottom I mean everything. Very clean and professional. He came well recommended so well recommeded I had to wait 2 months. I'm glad I did, if your going to get something done get it done right the first time. The chaps name was Michael Edwards I think I still have his number?.
