Can anyone recommend good cat litter that won't break the bank?
Definitely has its upside, but never use a clumping litter for a young kitten (not below about 6 months). The dust gets caught in their fur and can clump in the digestive tract after grooming. This will happen for older cats too, but will be passed naturally without problem; for kittens it takes only a very small amount to block the intestines.I would advise to use clumping litter [...] The clumping litter is also great because it helps cut down on the scattering of litter on the floor around the tray
Some cats have been trained to use the human toilet.You can also get flushable litter these days - I'm not sure how environmentally friendly it is, but if we flush our own why not our cats?
That world's best cat litter sounds interesting, but it seems a bit expensive, no?
