Any expats in Barbados/Fiji?

Hi there,

Is there anyone around who is living or has lived and worked in either barbados or Fiji? I'm considering moving abroad for work and just wondering what the experience has been like in the sunshine...it sounds good on paper but what's the reality in terms of lifestyle?
