hi, i am just inquiring about operations and fees and that. my mam had an operation on her back last august but it was not successful and she went private costing her thousands and forcing her to take out a loan. however, now she needs another operation due to the growth of scar tissue around a nerve causing her unbelivably pain since august and yes she has a medical card and has just been put on a list for six to nine months and cannot wait that long as she has nearly lost her walk completley only for she is a slim woman. She cannot afford any more loans i am wondering if anybody out there has experienced similiar situations or family members has is there any other way around it? its ridiculous that it is around a thousand euro a night jus to sleep in the hospital bed
