Another form 12 Q

I posted this in Taxation section yesterday but I should have posted it in property investment.

Tried to find the answer to this with revenue and google ...no luck, so I am asking AAM

FORM12 queries:
Has anybody any idea what needs to go into column:
"Excess Case V Capital Allowances" of the Form12 Section 13 - Rental Income from Land and Property in the State.

I found out !!!!!
It relates only to section 12 properties so it doesn't apply to me.
