How important is retaining the family home to you?
Not at all

Any other relevant information: nope

What is your preferred realistic outcome?
To pay off my siblings.

Hi, this is my 1st post so i hope i have done this correctly.

Ok we bought a house in 2006 in an area that we could afford hoping that we would only have the house a short time and that we would move back to my home area and build. However things changed ie the recession, plus my parents died and left our family home to me and my 2 siblings. We made an aggreement that i would take over the house and when my own house sold i would take out a new mortgage and pay them off - 120k in total. I have a real emotional attachment to my family home and this is where i want to be and to raise my own family here. There has been no pressure from my siblings however i know they need the money & i don't think it is fair to keep them waiting.
I did have a conversation with a staff member from ebs about negative equity mortgage & she said because of my salary & my husband unemployed the chances are slim.

Can anyone advise me as to what i could do. I am suffering anxiety because of this as i really want to own this house (it's my home).

Thanks :)
