Am I entitled to state pay?

I have a 9 month old and just found out I am expecting again. Think is I was due back at work on 1st December after maternity leave and taking all unpaid etc but I didn't. I got state pay last pregnancy and wondering will I get this again even though my stamps have stopped since end November?

I presume you mean maternity benefit when you say "state pay"?!

Do the qualification criteria for MB outlined on www.welfare.ie not clarify whether or not you qualify?
