AIB Am I entitled to redress

Hi,
I took out a mortgage with AIB in 2004 (variable rate) then remortgaged in 2005 (3 year fixed). I was put straight on to a variable in Nov 2008. AIB say today that tracker was withdrawn in October 2008 so it wasn’t an option for me. However guy at AIB seemed unsure on phone and am I correct in understanding that I may be eligible for redress because I wasn’t given the option of a tracker. Thanks

but if you think you're in the prevailing rate group then you need to check to see if you've the famous 3.2 clause
