I received a phonecall last week and the letter today telling me that Start Mortgages have concluded the assessment of our Standard Financial Statement and are unable to offer us an alternative repayment arrangement. While he went into a lot of detail on the phone of what options they looked at for us and why these options weren't acceptable, this is not detailed in the letter and i did not take notes as it was my understanding that it would be. I am wondering am I entitled to ask for a copy of their actual assessment documents? I assume there must be some sort of document whether it is financial format or minuted notes or both.
