You could try! It would be up to the lender and the valuer as to whether the valuer considered it added to the value of the house. The lender might decide they would not lend for these extras, it is hard to know unless you ask them. It would be included under groundworks/landscaping. In the good/bad old days it would be common to include this and you may still have no problem if your income and loan to value are good, you could argue that the property would be more valuable to the lender with a good level of finish and therefore better security for them.
