Allowable expenses on Med1 form?

Hi,
we paid a few in-patient charges of €75 this year in different hospitals, in top of our VHI cover.
On one receipt it's called an In-Patient Charge and another it's called Patient Excess.

I just want to be sure that it's okay to claim for these charges on the Med1 form, does anyone know whether you can?
