Allen Carr dies

Allen Carr who has helped millions stop smoking worldwide (including me) has died. He had been given 6-9 months to live back in July but only lasted about 3 months and died at home in Spain this morning.

This guy saved my health and also saved me a fortune when I stopped smoking after reading his book seven years ago.

May he rest in peace.

It's a chilling reminder for those of you that smoke......

Are they going to cremate him?

It was quite sad to hear him describe that the passive smoking that he encouraged in his classes possibly contributed to his health problems.

He helped a lot of people and like you say above May He Rest in Peace. Its the least all of us deserve.
