All about selling your home

Hi, will be possibly selling current home in order to move to a bigger and better place.
I have searched but can't find anything on selling your home and all that it entails especially is there much to choose between the different estate agents?

We've already had contact for Jackson Colliers, what about Gunn, Lisney, DNG, Felicity Fox etc.
I live in Dublin south.

Most of the EAs websites offer advice — see the results of this — and the property sections of many http://www.unison.ie/html/homehelp/house_ready.shtml (newspapers), too.

As for which agent(s) to go with, I'm afraid I haven't any experience of selling in South Dublin!
