Hi - anyone know how make a wireless alarm system (e.g. Response from B&Q or Yale from Homebase) compatible with VOIP? The standard spec for remote dialling etc requires a traditional land line but I want to use the UPC fibre optic phone service and the alarm set-up suggests that the system is not automatically compatible with a VOIP phone set-up. Is there a piece of kit that I can buy to help the alarm system to "talk" through the VOIP system?
