There has been huge improvements with this technology in recent times. It is basically the reverse of the principle of how a fridge works. However I'm not convince that the technology is perfected yet. I would be very interested in installing it in our house in a few years time, possibly with a windmill providing electricity the house, but for now we are putting in a condensing boiler. The air to water system works best with underfloor heating, but can be used with radiators if they are aluminium. My opinion for what its worth is to plan that you can fit the technology at a later date when it has been fine tuned. I have been told that Energy master (no connection) in Kerry have one of the better systems currently on the market.
