AIB VIP Versatile Investment Plan

I recently signed up for about €200 a month, some threads here have a lot of negatives about these investments plans, people not getting back what they put in and so on.... does anyone know about this VIP one, am I wasting my money?
 
What charges apply? What other terms & conditions (e.g. investment timeframe)? How are returns calculated? What assets/funds does it invest in?

no charges apply, time frame of 5, 10, 15, 20 yrs, you can pull out anytime you want, I have 70%in shares in the top 50 companies in ireland and 30% in property, this can be changed at anytime
