AIB AIB pre 2006 tracker - got it back today

Same as us, mortgage direct debit was reduced automatically, we've not received any correspondance yet, must get the mortgage account onto the online banking to see if I can see anything. What should we be expecting from AIB next ??
 
We received our letter from AIB today along with redress/compensation cheque.

No idea how they came to the figure, it states in the letter that they will write to us within the next 4 months and that will detail how the calculations were done.

Hard to believe it's finally sorted. Thank you @PadKiss. Will be calling Padraic's office before the weekend to arrange payment of his well-earned fee.
