AIB Mastercard- Cash advance fee

I recently got an AIB 'be' Mastercard. I have been told by AIB that even if my account is in credit if I withdraw money or transfer money I will be charged a Cash Advance Fee. Is this correct? Seems like they don't want you putting credit into your account.
