Hi all,
I have a BOI Life evergreen fund investment with about 27k put in at this stage. It's only set up a year, but looking at how it is performing, it seems to be down about 20% at the moment. I'm obviously not too happy, but I'd hate to cash it in and take a hit. I reckon I'll stop paying into it and put my regular savings into a rabo account. What would be the best thing for me to do with the money I've got in the Evergreen? I'll probably need the money in about 12 - 18 months for a house. If it was still down, I could probably borrow on the value of it. Has anyone any suggestions?
Thanks a million
