Advice re Shrubs

Looking for some advice re what shrubs would be suitable for the following space; in the driveway leading up to our house I have a bank of earth which is about 10ft from the kerb to the grass, it rises up about 3ft to the grass and it about 35ft long.

Looking to plant a few evergreen shrubs and put bark around them for decorative purposes & easy maintenance.

If anyone has any advice re what shrubs to get, then it would be appreciate as I am a novice gardener.
