Expenditure: on an average month this is what we spend: Mortgage €1350 Car loan €700 Loan on Holiday finished at xmas €400 TV (finished at xmas) €100 Shopping €300 Bills €330 Petrol €320 Mobile phone bills €120 Going out 2 weekends out of 4 €400, Clothes shopping €100 (only some months)
Rough estimate of value of home €620K
Mortgage on home 295K
Mortgage provider:TSB
Type of mortgage: fixed rate 5.10
Other borrowings – Car loans €700 TV 100 per month (tv finished for xmas)
Do you pay off your full credit card balance each month? dont have any

Do you have a pension scheme? I dont hubby does

Ages of children: None but plan to do so soon and I will NOT get paid Maternity leave from JOB so will only have it from state

What specific question do you have or what issues are of concern to you?
Is releasing equity a good idea for us??? As when we do have children we I will only be going back to work part time and that will cover about €1200 of a mortgage and we will live off hubbies wages.
