hi In the middle of remortgage legal people holding us up for past few weeks as my name is not on property and mortgage will be in joint names am married whats problem here banks did nt question it legal people did

Well that say a lot about your attitude. They're not holding you up, they're doing their job. You've (both) apparently agreed to mortgage a property which only one of you owns - your husband. You can't mortgage a property that you don't own.

Why don't you ask the "Legal People" what they suggest as a solution rather than blaming them?
