Hi,
I am thinking of renting out my apartment and I need a good resource as to what my obligations are. Would it be better to stay anonymous and have a real estate company to look after the finances? In other words advertising the place and showing prospective tenants around.
Stuff like my legal obligations to the tenant. Do I need a solicitor to draw up a legal contract? My tax obligations etc?
As this is my first time, any help would be greatly appreciated.
