Has anyone any experience of using Colortrend DeVine paint - the sample I have is Ginseng Powder Wall finish.
It seems very difficult to use - like painting putty on a wall. Is this the case does anyone know?
Also what is the overall effect of powder paint on a wall - is it quite dull?
