Advertising Display 10M X 3M

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone knows what is involved in setting up an advertising display 10M X 3M in a rural location. We have a field that is adjoining a main road and was wondering if I would need planning permission to get this setup in the field so that it would be viewed from the roadside?

Short answer is yes, it will require planning, hence the proliferation of permanantly parked 40' trailers with advertising on them as a trailer doesn't require planning permission.
