advent pc

i got an advent laptop from pc world last november cost 910 euro
after about 3 months it started turining off every time i picked it up ,had to be sent to the uk to get fixed took 4 weeks to come back but worked grand up until last week ,same problem again i took it back and again has to be sent to the uk to be fixed,just wondering what my rights are pc world said if it happens 3 times they will replace its some policy they have,im not at all happy bout it any one know if thats true

How long was it turned on BEFORE it went off, ie 2 hours, 10 hours etc. I would demand a replacement PC

it had a mind of its own some times it would come on no probs but when u picked it up it it would shut down straight away seriousley fed up with it now
pc world said they can get it fixed 3 times before they consider a replacment,

There's plenty of bad press all over the www ref. advent. They're obliged to refund/replace after three attempts at fixing are they not?
