I had the same issue. Advanzia had a few strange technical issues. For example, I always had to sign in twice with authentication codes, but then it would work.I have now tried to sign up as a new customer again. It won't let me past the tax ID screen. It says to fix the error in red. But there is no error message in red.

Is the phone software up to date with the latest updates just in case it's an issue with the phone itself rather than the wider SMS infrastructure?But text messages from Advanzia are still displaying as "likely scam" - why is that if they are registered?
