Adobe Flash Player permission

I'm logged on on my father's laptop here and every time I change page, go back or forward, click a link, etc., a window pops up telling me that a programme wants to open content on the computer and asking me to allow or not to allow it. There is a box to tick giving me the option to not show this warning again, which I tick before hitting 'don't allow'. It still happens though.

Anyone know how to get rid of it?
