I'm looking to sub divide an upstairs bedroom to add a small shower room, need quite a mix of work done and would be really appreciate any advise or recommendations for builders or tradesmen who could complete the job, we need to:
*Build partition wall
*Put in external window
*New ceiling in bathroom (wooden ceiling in bedroom)
*Electrics
*Plumbing - shower, toilet & basin
*Water pressure isn't great in house so probably need a pump fitted too
*Tiling
*Fit door
Am pretty worried it will all cost a fortune ...
