Adderall - Side Effects

After speaking with a guy at work yesterday, we discussed getting new qualification, study etc.

During the discussion he said that one of his friends takes Adderall, to help him study and improve his exam results.

Does anybody know anything about this drug? This guy seems to think it has no side effects, surely thats not the case?
