Have a look at the Tripadvisor reviews of Hay-on-Wye hotels: The top rated hotel, the Old Black Lion, has its own website - http://www.oldblacklion.co.uk/ Sounds and looks lovely and it's "one of the top 100 food inns in the UK"....feeling hungry.
