ACCA trainee accountant - pay increase per exam passed

Hi there,

Can anyone advise me on the amount you should expect to get on passing ACCA exams in practice? Is there a guide anywhere? Or is it Irelands best kept secret?

For example F9 €x or P1 €x per annumn?

As far as I know it depends on the company

My brother is an ACA trainee in a Big 4 firm, he took a 10% pay cut this year and this is frozen for at least 12 months, even thought he passed all his exams. I think most trainee in practice are in the same boat.
